Animal Themed Jewelry Mystery Box

Hey there! ✨

Choose your favorite theme: Butterfly, Snake, Dragon, Rabbit, Fox, or explore a fun mixed animal style. We’ll carefully select matching items and hand-pack every order with love, creating a unique surprise just for you! 🦋🐍🐉🐰

We accept special requests in the order notes. If you have any preferences, such as wanting a watch, more necklaces, or avoiding certain items like belts or earrings, feel free to leave a note with your order.

If you’d like a box inspired by a specific order shown in our videos, simply write the customer’s name from the video along with “same as order” — for example, “same as Eloise order”.

As long as the requested items are available in stock, we’ll do our best to match your preferences and create a HelyaBox that feels special just for you! 💕

As seen on TikTok, our mystery boxes feature a wide range of items, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, card holders, belts, mini bags, crystals, wallets, fridge magnets, and more. Each piece is carefully selected and made with materials such as zircon, titanium steel, alloy, and PU leather.

❤️ If you’d like to be tagged, please include your username and platform in the order notes. Make sure your username is correct so we can tag you successfully.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. We truly appreciate every order and value the trust you place in us. 💛

Warm Notice About Video Service 💕

Due to the recent increase in video service orders and the additional time required for filming and editing each video, we will be temporarily adjusting the price of this service. This adjustment helps us maintain video quality and ensure that all existing orders can be completed within the expected timeframe.

Please rest assured that orders with the “NO PACKING VIDEO” option will not be affected and will continue to be processed and shipped as usual.

Based on our current video schedule, orders with the “ADD PACKING VIDEO” service placed after September 5th are expected to be filmed and posted in October.

✨If you would like to receive your order sooner, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Choose the “NO PACKING VIDEO” option to have your order processed and shipped faster without waiting for video production.
2. Leave a note with “Ship first, video later” when placing your order. We can arrange shipment first and provide your packing video afterward, so your shopping experience will not be delayed.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We truly appreciate your patience and trust. 💕🥰

Important Notes

1. Standard Delivery
Due to our new store launch and high order volume, our current processing time is 10–15 business days. Orders with video recording requests may require additional processing time due to the extra preparation and recording process.

2. Special Requests
Please include all your preferences in the order notes at checkout. Requests sent through direct messages or emails may be missed, so we strongly recommend adding your notes before completing your order.

Note: We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but fulfillment is subject to current stock availability.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
All mystery box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive damaged, defective, or unusable items, please contact us through our support email or direct message. We will review your case and arrange a replacement when applicable.

4. Product Matching
Items are carefully curated based on your selected theme. Since many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or details may occur. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

5. Material Compliance Statement
We support animal protection. All animal-print faux leather products are made with 100% synthetic PU material and contain no genuine animal-derived materials.

6. Jewelry Information
All jewelry items are handmade physical accessories. They are not gambling products or chance-based items in any way. Each item is a tangible product carefully selected and packed as part of your mystery box experience.
