As seen on TikTok, our mystery boxes feature a wide range of items, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, card holders, belts, mini bags, crystals, wallets, fridge magnets, and more. Each piece is carefully selected and made with materials such as zircon, titanium steel, alloy, and PU leather.

Important Notes

1. Standard Delivery
Due to our new store launch and high order volume, our current processing time is 10–15 business days. Orders with video recording requests may require additional processing time due to the extra preparation and recording process.

Starting from September 2026, our standard processing time will return to approximately 1 week.

2. Special Requests
Please include all your preferences in the order notes at checkout. Requests sent through direct messages or emails may be missed, so we strongly recommend adding your notes before completing your order.

Note: We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but fulfillment is subject to current stock availability.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
All mystery box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive damaged, defective, or unusable items, please contact us through our support email or direct message. We will review your case and arrange a replacement when applicable.

4. Product Matching
Items are carefully curated based on your selected theme. Since many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or details may occur. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

5. Material Compliance Statement
We support animal protection. All animal-print faux leather products are made with 100% synthetic PU material and contain no genuine animal-derived materials.

6. Jewelry Information
All jewelry items are handmade physical accessories. They are not gambling products or chance-based items in any way. Each item is a tangible product carefully selected and packed as part of your mystery box experience.
